Birth Experience

Do the memories of your birthing experience bring you sadness and anxiety?

Do you feel it has impacted the way you feel about yourself or your child?

The day our baby comes into the world is supposed to be one of the happiest days of our lives but if it did not go as we expected, for some of us the memories trigger some emotions that feel very uncomfortable.

We will revisit your memories so they come from a place of love and strength, empower you as a mother with the choices you made, and bring some light into that day.

Changing Relationships

Are you having an unhealthy relationship with a person/people close to you?

Waking up each day and feeling disconnected from yourself and everyone around you?

It’s normal for unhealthy patterns to surface sometimes in our relationships… realising it is the first step. Whether it’s a partner, friend, parent, etc it doesn’t feel very nice, and once you are in it it’s difficult to navigate your way out!

We will work on building those healthy relationships back into your life, understanding those you care about more deeply, and creating more connection.
